Paul's career highlights include steering global business initiatives in industries such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and supply chain management.

In addition to his technical and leadership expertise, Paul has contributed significantly to the software and technology sectors, bringing innovative solutions to market and advising at the board level for major global institutions like Oracle, AT&T, HP, and DEC.

Paul's commitment to excellence and innovation has made him a key player in shaping the future of technology and business, providing strategic direction and leadership in some of the world's leading organizations.

Sean is currently Professor of Future Construction at a UK University and has worked for over 25 years in the construction industry engaging across a diverse range of sectors including housing, construction products, regulatory and skills.

He has supported over 80 products to market, including 5 co-patented products utilised in over 100,000 UK homes.

His engineering and technical details have been adopted in over £350 billion of UK construction assets during the past 20 years.

He has built established research partnerships from SME's to large multi-nationals and construction research partnerships with over 40 countries.

He is an advisor on a range of committees and boards encompassing net zero, innovation, future skills, new housing and large scale retrofit.

He has been lead author for reports for seven different government departments in the UK resulting in changes to UK building regulations.

His expertise is further strengthened by eight years of experience in the public sector, where he honed his skills in managing high-inertia organisations to deliver significant operational, process, and project improvements.

Nigel is known for his analytical acumen and strategic insights, which he combines with strong commercial skills to meet the evolving needs of customers and colleagues alike. His leadership style is both integrative and collaborative, characterized by his ability to inspire team spirit and cohesion while consistently achieving project goals and exceeding customer expectations.

As the Chief Operating Officer, Nigel continues to leverage his extensive experience and leadership capabilities to drive operational excellence and strategic alignment within the organisation.

His career includes senior positions at Ascertiva Group (now Certsure Group), Ede & Ravenscroft, and Molton Brown, as well as supporting companies like Willmott Dixon, NATS, and Gemserve.

With expertise spanning global management, project delivery, and business transformation, making him a dynamic leader with a focus on aligning strategy with business goals. His leadership is characterised by a pragmatic approach, fostering team empowerment, and achieving substantial returns on investment in complex, fast-paced environments.

In the RF sector, he has over a decade of experience, focusing on the intersection of technology, innovation, and sustainability. Over the past 10 years, he has concentrated on developing cutting-edge RF technologies to address some of the most pressing climate challenges of our time.

Notably, leading the design and development of the Heat Wayv One with Paul. This innovation represents a significant advancement in sustainable heating solutions and underscores his commitment to driving impactful change through technology.

Phil has been very fortunate to work with world-leading organisations throughout his career, including Frog, renowned for its contributions to iconic Sony products like the Walkman. More notably, Frog played a fundamental role in designing Apple products from the Apple IIc onwards and maintained a close partnership with Steve Jobs when he transitioned to NeXT.

Through various design and development projects he has had the opportunity to collaborate with Freescale, NXP, Flex, and Jabil, gaining valuable insights and experience across diverse industries.

Beyond the energy sector, his work in RF design extends to agriculture and defense, where both Paul and Phil have collaborated with leading design and manufacturing companies to develop solutions that enhance efficiency and sustainability across industries.
