We have invested significant capital into our project and have been fortunate to select Jabil as our production & development partner. This collaboration has allowed us to make significant progress, advancing our product from proof-of-concept to Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 4/5.

Detailed Product Review and Validation:

We have conducted an in-depth review of the product, validating its operating parameters to ensure it meets our performance goals.

All components required for our product have been thoroughly reviewed, enabling us to audit the supply chain for availability and cost-effectiveness.  This comprehensive analysis has allowed us to confirm our overall cost to build the product.

Manufacturability Audit:

Jabil have performed a manufacturability audit to ensure they can produce our units effectively and have developed a strong understanding of the manufacturing requirements for each of our sub-assemblies.

Outcomes:

• Independent Validation: The collaboration with Jabil has provided independent validation of our product's performance and manufacturability.

• Confirmed Cost Structure: We have confirmed that we can produce the product at a cost that the market is willing to pay.

• Supply Chain Assurance: The audit confirmed the availability and cost-efficiency of the required components, ensuring a reliable supply chain.

• Team Capability: Working with Jabil gives us the knowledge, skills and capability of a global world leading design, development and manufacturing organisation as an extension to our team.
