Our sales strategy and market need have been strongly validated with significant purchase orders and commitments. We have secured our first purchase order with a value of up to £275 million and a minimum guaranteed value of £99 million over three years. Following this, we are also in discussions with a second party for an initial order worth £20 million that is projected to grow to £55 million annually.
Trial Group and Market Engagement
To further build our sales pipeline and build confidence and understanding of our products and what they offer, we have established a trial group comprising key industry stakeholders, including major house builders, social housing providers, and significant private sector organisations.
Initial Commitments: Several trial participants have committed to initial minimum order volumes securing early units ahead of others totalling £10.5 million, with further commitments expected to grow to £55 million annually.
Pipeline Projections: Based on successful trials, the total pipeline value from the trial group alone is projected to reach £220 million annually.
Beyond the trial group, we have engaged with:
9 of the top 15 house builders
Social housing providers representing 10% of the market
Private sector stakeholders with a footprint covering over 25% of annual UK installations
Installation and Revenue Projections
This level of engagement positions us to achieve significant market penetration with our current forecasts supporting:
Installations: Over 100,000 units installed within the first trading 18 months, exceeding 200,000 units by the middle of the third trading year.
Revenue Forecast: This demand trajectory suggests we are on track to exceed our current forecast revenues
Strategic Position and Capital Requirement
While we are optimistic that these forecasts remain strong, the driving factor behind them is the significant demand being highlighted by key decision makers. These discussions point to a clear and immediate opportunity that is not currently addressed by any existing product or technology.
We have invested time and money in refining our project and really focused on driving up the value creation, understanding our customer base and aligning with market maturity which has positioned us strongly, along with the partnerships we have secured now making this a true turn-key order fulfilment project.
